Shipping & Delivery
All UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery or an alternative chosen courier service for a standard 2-4 working days delivery window. However, should we opt to use a courier service this will have no cost effect on you the customer outside of the standard delivery costs at the time of placing the order. If you do need your item with a quick turnaround then the postage costs are strictly the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced before postage as this incurs additional rush fees.
Delivery is not currently offered to P.O Box addresses.
There is a 10-day maximum wait time for UK orders to be delivered before being considered lost or stolen. We will of course make considerations in extenuating circumstances.
